The agreement between you and the operator of this service. Written to match what the product does, including where it refuses.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You sign in through a ChatGPT workspace account, and you are responsible for the security of that account. You may only upload photographs of yourself.
What the service does
You upload up to seven standardized photographs. The service produces a presentation profile, a set of identity-preserving preview directions, and a twelve-week plan of reversible, non-surgical steps, with progress tracking afterwards.
What it does not do
It is not medical, dental or psychological advice, and it does not diagnose. It does not calculate attractiveness, desirability or human worth. It does not instruct or endorse surgical or structural alteration. It does not guarantee any outcome — the previews are projections of a presentation direction, not predictions about you or promises about how others will respond.
Where evidence is insufficient, the service withholds a finding or a preview instead of publishing a guess. Withholding is intended behaviour and is not a defect or a failure of service.
Your content
Your photographs and what you write remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf — storing them privately, sending them to the processors named in the Privacy Policy, and generating your results. That licence exists to run the service and for no other purpose: your images are not used in marketing, not shown to other users, and not used to train external models by us.
Anything you choose to share yourself, such as a professional card, is shared through a token you create and can revoke.
Payment
Three options are advertised: a one-time Preview purchase, and Complete as a monthly or annual membership. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
Cancelling a membership stops it at the end of the period already paid for, and access continues until then. Refunds beyond that, and any statutory withdrawal rights that apply where you live, are set out at [REFUND POLICY].
Referrals
If you share a referral code, following your link sets a cookie in that person’s browser for 30 days and records that the link was followed. What is stored, and what is not, is set out in the Privacy Policy. Referrals qualify only on verified billing, and a code cannot be qualified by staff on request.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photographs of anyone else, attempt to obtain another user’s data, interfere with the release gates or safety checks, or use the service to make claims about another person.
Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that puts other users at risk.
Availability
Features depend on external providers and on internal release gates. A capability that has not passed its gate stays unavailable rather than degrading into a guess, and the current state is published at the machine-readable platform status.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders before they take effect.
