The Preview is $19, paid once: seven guided photos, your visual profile, one preview of your best look on your own photo, and your top three moves with the words to use at the barber, optician or shop. Complete costs $19.99 a month or $159 a year, which works out at $13.25 a month. It adds an alternative look when there is one, every recommendation rather than the top three, a 12-week plan with weekly check-ins, a coach and a new analysis every 28 days. If you buy the Preview and upgrade, the $19 is credited against your first membership payment. Complete renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account, keeping access until the end of the period you paid for. Refund terms are set out below.

- Buy Preview, then start a membership, and $19 comes off the first invoice.
- Refunds
- Preview: in full within fourteen days if no analysis has been released to you, and a pre-ordered Preview in full at any time until its analysis is released. Membership: in full within fourteen days of the first payment on a new account; later payments are not refundable, so cancel before a renewal. If we withdraw a result or close your account for a reason that is not your doing, you are refunded regardless. The full version is in the terms.
- Cancelling
- Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, then stops.
- On every tier
- Photographs stored privately with no public URL, destroyed after 365 days without use, deletable immediately. Never used to train a model. Findings withheld rather than shown when the evidence is uncertain. No score, ever. Every processor that receives a photograph is named in the privacy policy.
- Before you pay
- A complete worked result is at examples and an interactive demonstration at demo, both free and without an account. The comparison says where a competitor is the better choice.
