Why LEVEL does not score faces
An attractiveness score claims an agreed ranking of faces that does not exist: research on how people judge faces finds that a large share of those judgements is personal taste, not shared standards. A number also turns a face into a test you can fail, and it gives you nothing to do. Knowing you are a 6.4 does not tell you which haircut to get.
