What someone sharing a link must disclose
They must clearly say the link is a LEVEL referral before you click it. A referral may be attributed for 30 days. LEVEL currently promises no commission, cash payout, discount, or other reward.
LEVEL supports first-party referral attribution. The system records disclosed links and verified conversions without allowing referrals to influence analysis or recommendations.

A daily pseudonymous click, the referral code, registration attribution, and whether a real Stripe payment later qualifies the referral. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the referral tables.
Referral status cannot influence findings, confidence, recommendation selection, safety decisions, preview validation, pricing eligibility, or AI Council decisions.
Self-referrals are rejected, each new account can be attributed once, repeated daily clicks from the same pseudonymous visitor are deduplicated, and qualification requires a signed production billing event.
Attribution is operational, but affiliate payouts remain disabled until commercial terms, tax handling, fraud review, and payout operations are approved. LEVEL does not represent those controls as live.
